Patrick Ma-bones and other skeleton celebs haunt this Cumberland Co. home

Time is running out to decide on a Halloween costume. Trick-or-treat takes place Tuesday in most neighborhoods.

Those looking for last-minute inspiration can turn to the regular costume (and pose) changes of the Blakefield Bones, a family of skeletons that surprise and delight in one Vander neighborhood.

Ashley Shick is the mother of this family on Pleasantburg Drive. Her children participate in the brainstorm and setup.

"We did Spiderman this year ... that was all them," she said.

The idea to change it up came from a neighbor's child who liked to look every day and Shick's desire to surprise him.

The creativity keeps on coming. "We have people send us ideas, and send us costumes and masks for them," Shick said.
