One killed in Lee County wreck

One person was killed in a two-vehicle wreck south of Sanford Friday evening, state troopers said.

Two people were also reported injured in the wreck at St. Andrew's Church Road and Coopers Corner Lane.

There was no word on the cause of the wreck or the identities of those involved.
