Johnston County authorities seek missing woman, 31
Kelli Woolard, 31, was last seen on July 11 driving a silver 2007 Jeep Liberty with a vanity plate that reads "HAPPIRN.”
The Johnston County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing woman.
Kelli Woolard, 31, was last seen on July 11 driving a silver 2007 Jeep Liberty with a vanity plate that reads "HAPPIRN.”
She's 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and green eyes.
Woolard has a scar on the left side of her face, a tattoo on her lower back of a three-leaf clover and a frog tattoo on her left shoulder.
The Johnston County Sheriff's Office said they do not suspect foul play in Woolard's disapperance.
