Raleigh Police Conducting Death Investigation

Police are investigating the death of a man found outside a home in Raleigh.

Emergency responders were called to a house on Damon Court shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and found Phillip Michael Hart, 21, outside, police said.

Hart was taken to WakeMed, where he died.

A state medical examiner determined Thursday that foul play was involved, but police have not said how Hart died.
