Mark Your Calendars: Holiday Express tickets go on sale July 25
If you remember last year, tickets essentially sold out within hours of going on sale.
I know July 25 seems like a long way away, but it's worth marking your calendars now. Tickets for Pullen Park's very popular Holiday Express will go on sale at 8 a.m., July 25.
If you remember last year, tickets essentially sold out within hours of going on sale. In October, Raleigh parks officials added an extra night because of the high demand and sold the tickets through Eventbrite.com instead of the city's RecLink system.
This year, Raleigh parks tells me, that tickets will only be sold through Eventbrite.com. Expect more information about Holiday Express in the next few weeks.
The event features lots of holiday activities, visits with Santa, holiday light displays and evening rides on the park's train and carousel.
