A man has pled guilty to a 2019 triple-murder in which two women and an infant were found dead in Harnett County.

Kareem Daquan Taylor pled guilty to three counts of first-degree murder. The maximum punishment for the 28-year-old would be life in prison.

In January 2019, Jocelyn Perkins, 22, and Jasmine Perkins, 20, were found dead at a home on Forest Manor Drive. Six-month-old Kareena Perkins was also found dead. Authorities said Taylor was Kareena's father and had dated Jocelyn Perkins.

A man dropping a friend off at the home made the jarring discovery.

In a 911 call, a man described a gruesome scene after opening the front door and looking inside when no one answered.

“There is blood all over this house. Somebody’s on the floor here too. There’s two bodies,” the caller said. “The female is dead. She’s cold. Two bodies are cold, cold as ice.”

The man was able to find a surviving child in the home.
