A drive-by shooting in Clayton Saturday afternoon left an 18-year-old man injured, police said.

Rasheive Dashawn Ray, 18, of Clayton, told police that he and another person were walking in the 800 block of East Main Street around 5 p.m. when a man in a passing car opened fire with a pistol. Ray and his companion ran away, and the car left, police said.

Ray suffered a minor wound to his lower leg and was treated at a local hospital, police said.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.

Police said they are looking for a small, dark gray, four-door car with tinted windows, possibly a Mitsubishi. It was occupied by four men.

Ray was charged in a shooting outside Clayton High School in January 2009, in which no one was injured. He pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact and was ordered to finish high school and perform community service.
