Mami Nora changing name, staying in the family

Mami Nora is changing its name, but not its food.

"After providing delicious food for years, Mami Nora is retiring and handing over the keys to her children who have been with her since the beginning and helped open and operate the four restaurants," owners posted on the restaurant's Facebook page Monday.

The same original family will be moving the restaurant forward under the new name Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken.

It will be same quality and recipes as Mami Nora has been serving since 2007, owners said.

"Although Alpaca will be rebranding, featuring a different look, name and logo everything else will remain the same and just as you love it," owners said.
