Investigators: Man found near Knightdale hotel was shot to death

Wake County sheriff's investigators said Monday that a Knightdale man found dead along a rural road in Knightdale had been shot.

The body of James Raymond Strazisar, 49, of 124 Pleasant Valley Circle, was found on the side of Massey Farm Road near the Country Hearth Inn in Knightdale around 9 p.m. Sunday, authorities said.
