Inconceivable: Inspiration from a stranger

I recently read a beautiful and heartbreaking story that I could relate to so much.

A friend actually sent me this link to singer-songwriter Kyler England's site. England has written a few songs about her own struggles with conceiving a second child.

England suffered through five miscarriages and three rounds of IVF before giving birth to her son. There is one part of her story where she mentions waiting to find out if she was pregnant after her second IVF cycle.

"The morning I went in for a blood draw pregnancy test, I came right home and peed on a stick. I couldn't bear waiting all day on pins and needles for the call from my doctor. My hands were shaking. I felt light headed, " she wrote.

How many of us have been there? The shaking. The fear. Afraid for another negative test.

This post connected with where I'm at so much that I just wanted to pass it along.

Kathy is a mom of one and Out & About editor for WRAL.com. She writes for Go Ask Mom about her experience with secondary infertility.
