"If it ain't broke don't fix it" is an adage that could apply to this week's HighSchoolOT girls lacrosse rankings, where the top 19 teams are the same as last week.

Asheville School is the lone newcomer to this week's rankings, replacing Lake Norman.

Rankings reminders:

  • Rankings are updated weekly and released on every Sunday
  • All high schools in the state of North Carolina, excluding athletic training academies, are eligible for the statewide top 25
  • Rankings are paused during the N.C. High School Athletic Association playoffs
  • Final rankings are released the week after the state championships
