Girls Lacrosse Rankings: Chapel Hill slides to fourth as two new teams enter

The HighSchoolOT girls lacrosse rankings welcome NCISAA members Charlotte Country Day and Cannon School as we enter week 4 of the season.

The biggest result of the week was a win by Weddington over Chapel Hill in a top-5 showdown. The Tigers only fell one spot, as Charlotte Latin moved up.

Falling out from last week were J.H. Rose and Fuquay-Varina.

Rankings reminders:

  • Rankings are updated weekly and released on every Sunday
  • All high schools in the state of North Carolina, excluding athletic training academies, are eligible for the statewide top 25
  • Rankings are paused during the N.C. High School Athletic Association playoffs
  • Final rankings are released the week after the state championships
