Four more charged in Fayetteville double homicide

Four more people have been charged with two shooting deaths last week at the Cambridge Arms Apartments complex in Fayetteville, police said.

Isaiah Manuel Sampeur, 25, and Pamela Ann Coe, 40, were found dead inside an apartment at the Barcelona Drive complex on Jan. 20. Investigators have said they don't believe the shooting was random, noting that someone knocked on the apartment door and started a conversation before shots were fired.

Albert Jackson Jr., 19, of Seawall Street in Fayetteville, Michael Williams, 24, of Lewis Clark Drive in Hope Mills, Kire McNeil, 17, of Turret Court in Hope Mills, and a 14-year-old juvenile have each been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Service Task Force arrested Williams Thursday at the Smithfield Packing plant in Tarheel and apprehended the unidentified juvenile in Fayetteville, police said. Task force members arrested McNeil and Jackson Friday at separate residences in Hope Mills.

Jackson, Williams and McNeil are being held without bond in the Cumberland County jail. The juvenile was being held in a local juvenile detention center.

Rashawn Javonte Hill, 17, was arrested last week in the double homicide. He remains in jail without bond.
