If you've been pregnant, chances are you've heard about the all important Kegel exercises, which help to strengthen the pelvic floor and reduce urinary incontinence after childbirth.

Today, Marybeth Winstead, owner of Healthy Moms of Wake County, talks about the exercise and why it's so important for women, especially those who are pregnant and have recently given birth.
