Durham police investigating fatal shooting

Durham police were investigating a fatal shooting Monday night in the 1300 block of Fidelity Drive, off North Miami Boulevard, according to a watch commander.

Police responded to the scene shortly before 7 p.m. and found Patrick Danial Holmes, 24, lying dead in the road.
