Duke first to offer Hillside LB Isaiah Deloatch
The junior has 104 tackles over his first two varsity seasons.
Hillside junior linebacker/safety Isaiah Deloatch has picked up his first verbal scholarship offer. It came from a school in his own city: Duke University.
Deloatch is listed at 6-foot-1 and 206 pounds.
As a junior in 2023, Deloatch was credited with 53 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, and one fumble recovery. In 2022, he had 51 tackles, an interception, and a blocked punt.
Since Deloatch has been on varsity, Hillside has racked up a 19-6 overall record.
Last fall, the Hornets finished 6-5 overall and won the DAC-VI Conference for the third-straight season.
