At least 75 COVID-19 cases across 17 states linked to NC summer camp

At least 75 COVID-19 cases across 17 states were linked to a North Carolina summer camp.

The Transylvania County Health Department said the cases were associated with campers and staff who attended The Wilds Christian Camp between June 28 and July 17.

Only four of the cases were in individuals from Transylvania County, according to the health department.

In an update on July 22, the camp said they planned to continue serving campers through the remainder of the summer.
