Rock band Aerosmith will be bringing its farewell tour to Raleigh's PNC Arena this fall, the venue announced Monday.

The four-time Grammy Award-winners are embarking on their final outing - dubbed the "Peace Out" tour. The tour stops in Raleigh on Sept. 24 with special guest The Black Crowes.

Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, May 5, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

In a joint statement, Aerosmith said that, “It’s not goodbye it’s PEACE OUT! Get ready and walk this way, you’re going to get the best show of our lives.”

The band will be hitting the road without drummer Joey Kramer.

"While Joey Kramer remains a beloved founding member of Aerosmith, he has regrettably made the decision to sit out the currently scheduled touring dates to focus his full attention on his family and health. Joey’s unmistakable and legendary presence behind the drum kit will be sorely missed," the band said via a press release.
