After an announcement last week that headliner Big Boi would not perform as scheduled during Hopscotch, festival organizers said today that A-Trak and Holy Ghost! would now be filling in on Hopscotch's main City Plaza stage Sept. 6.

Big Boi has scheduled a makeup appearance at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, Sept. 21. The first 1,000 tickets for this show will be available to Hopscotch wristband holders for free. Distribution of these tickets will begin Wednesday, Sept. 4 at noon at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh. Remaining tickets will go on sale Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 10 a.m. through Hopscotch's ticketing site.

For more information about the Big Boi show and refunds, visit Hopscotch's website.

World-renowned DJ A-Trak, who has performed with some of the biggest names in hip-hop, will keep the party going on Friday night during Hopscotch. Holy Ghost!, an energentic Brooklyn-based band, will make their first Triangle appearance with A-Trak. You'll be able to see them after Hopscotch too, on Jimmy Kimmel and David Letterman.

Future Islands and Gross Ghost are remaining as scheduled to perform Friday night.
