RAEFORD, N.C. — Stolen U.S. Army body armor with ballistic plates was found in a Raeford home during a drug bust Tuesday, the Hoke County Sheriff's Office said.

Rontrice Dashawn Morrisey, 28, of 108 Heron Drive, is charged with trafficking opiates, possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substances, possession of stolen firearm, possession of firearm by felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Morrisey remained in the Hoke County jail Tuesday under a $250,000 bond.

Half a pound of marijuana, 14 grams of opiates, three firearms and the stolen armor was found in Morrisey’s home while conducting a search warrant, investigators said.
