Stedman Man Held on Meth Lab Charge

STEDMAN, N.C. — William Henry Paschall Jr., 31, of 825 Network Drive in Stedman, was arrested Wednesday and charged with operating a meth lab.

He is charged with multiple felony counts of maintaining a dwelling to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine. He was placed in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $272,000 secured bond.

Investigators discovered a non-active lab with methamphetamine manufacturing components strewn about Paschall's property.

Paschall is expected to make a first appearance in a Cumberland County District courtroom today.
