Rooms To Go is committed to providing our customers with high quality, affordable furniture and is dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience, which we continually evaluate and improve.  We offer several options for customers to purchase furniture, including financing  through third parties and a rent to own option with Acceptance Now.  We emphasize to our sales associates the importance of presenting and explaining to our customers the various options available.  For many customers, the rent to own arrangement is the preferred option.  We work hard with all third party financing companies  and with Acceptance Now  to ensure that all customers understand the terms of their financing or rent to own arrangements, and that all disclosures and documentation are provided to the customers.  We want all customers to leave Rooms To Go with a complete and clear understanding of the terms of their purchase.  Many customers have purchased furniture through Acceptance Now and have returned to make additional purchases from us.  If that were not the case, we would eliminate Acceptance Now from the available purchase options in our stores.

Acceptance Now provides an opportunity for customers to shop inside traditional retail stores and leave happy that they had an alternative choice to acquire items through our no-credit-needed, lease-to-own transaction.  We place an exceedingly high value on transparency and strive to assure that our customers understand the terms of their rental-purchase agreement. We further safeguard our customers’ understanding with a one-page acknowledgement, which distills the key points of the lease agreement. Mrs. Godoy initialed and signed this acknowledgement confirming that she had read the agreement, understood it and received a signed copy. Even so, in the interest of customer service, we have since worked with the Godoys to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
