Congressman Holding against lifting embargo

"When it comes to his foreign policy, with all due respect to the President, the problem is the way he thinks. He lifts sanctions. He proposes to end the embargo. He hopes he's building bridges. That Cuba will say, Let's be friends. We'll change. Iran will receive billions. But will they be our friends? Will Cuba? I doubt it," said Congressman George Holding.
