State Senate candidate charged with DWI

A republican candidate for state Senate is facing a driving while intoxicated charge for an accident that injured three Robeson County teens.

LUMBERTON, N.C. — A republican candidate for state Senate is facing a driving while intoxicated charge for an accident that injured three Robeson County teens.

Marc Boudreau was also charged with felony hit and run and three counts of causing serious personal injury on July 26, officials said.

Boudreau is listed as a candidate for the District 13 Senate seat now held by Michael Walters.
