The ACC announced its preseason predictions for football on Monday. North Carolina is picked for second in the ACC's Coastal Division, by the media, with N.C. State picked for last in the Atlantic and Duke for last in the Coastal.
Clemson is picked to win the league and received 51 votes to win the championship game.
