The schedule for the 10th annual ACC/Big Ten challenge was released Tuesday afternoon.
North Carolina is slated to play Michigan State at Ford Field in Detroit, while Duke will travel to West Lafayette, Indiana to play the Boilermakers of Purdue.
N.C. State will not participate in the Challenge because of its last-place finish in the ACC last year. The Big Ten conference only has 11 teams, meaning the last-place finisher in the ACC's twelve team lineup does not play a game in the inter-conference series.
The ACC has posted a 56-30 record in the previous nine Challenges, winning all nine. Duke sports a 9-0 record in the event, while Carolina is 4-5.
The ACC is 33-4 on its home court in Challenge history, while the Big Ten is 23-17.
