Les Robinson Stops By

6:49: Les Robinson, the former N.C. State basketball coach and athletics director, just strolled down press row.

He laughed when asked where his press pass was ....

Robinson, in case you missed it, recently announced he is retiring as athletics director at The Citadel. He left NCSU for The Citadel, where he'd been the basketball coach earlier in his career.

Robinson wasn't the biggest success as head coach at State but he did know a bit about beating Carolina. And he certainly tanned and rested now after his recent years at the beach ...

Probably about 6,000 people in the arena now, and rapidly filling. State just roared back on the floor with the flags spelling "Wolfpack" in front of them.
