It's so nice to have the WRAL Game of the Week back, and it would be even nicer for Garner if they could hand Knightdale their first loss of the season. You can bet that the Trojans will give it their best when they make the short trip to Knightdale, but that may not be enough.
We began our coverage of this week's Game of the Week between Knightdale and Garner on Wednesday when we posted a Q&A Session with Coach Battle Watkins of Knightdale. On Thursday, we continued our coverage with a Q&A Session with Coach Eddie Gray of Garner, and now we present to you our gameday preview!
New to 2007 - our gameday preview is no longer written. You will now be able to listen to our gameday preview each week on High School Hoops. To listen to today's gameday preview, click on the link to the right. In the preview, I discuss the keys to the game and give you background information on both teams and some of their players.
Remember, if you go to this game, or any other one, report your score so that we can post it. There are many great games in the area Friday night, so if you can't make it to Knightdale, find another one to go to. Then, come back here on Saturday for our post game wrap up.
