Jeff Gravley: Duke's J.J. Redick Showing Signs Of Being Human
Over the last 2 and a quarter games, Duke's JJ Redick has shown signs of being human. Prior to Wednesday's game at Florida State, Redick was shooting 25 percent in his last 2 games falling 12 points shy of his average.
Things did not begin well at Football School University where Redick started off 2 for 10 and 0 for 5 from 3 point land. He finally found his shot just before the
half and finished with 30.
Is JJ Redick tired??? Did the pressure of breaking the ACC scoring record wear on him? He won't admit to the 1st question but he's hinted to a "yes" on the 2nd by saying he's glad to have the records in the rear view mirror.
Now he has the emotions of senior night to deal with...in his final game at Cameron Indoor Stadium...against rival North Carolina...who is playing really well...All of this coming after the Devils undefeated ACC regular season was nixed by the Noles and the Tar Heels whipped the Wahoos.
Does this set up a Saturday night doozy or what????!!!!!
