Who do The Insiders think should punish players: the league or the team?
Scott: The leagues should be able to punish because they have to look out for the integrity of their respective league. The teams would not be objective enough in punishing players.
Mark: Players should be punished by their respective leagues. Any player should understand he not only represents himself, his team, and his city but also everyone who has every played his sport. There is no one player bigger than the game. It is the sole responsibility of each individual league to maintain the integrity of the game.
