Special holiday and sports programming on WRAL

The holiday season is upon us, which brings with it lots of special holiday and sports programming. Don’t worry about missing episodes of your favorite CBS daytime shows. Because these are network preemptions, new episodes will start back where they left off! Make note of the following changes so you know what to expect:

Thursday, Nov. 27
9 a.m. – The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS, featuring Taylor Swift
12 p.m. – The NFL Today
12:30 p.m. – NFL Football: Chicago @ Detroit
*Shows preempted due to special programming: Dr. Phil, The Doctors, The Price is Right, WRAL Noon News, Right this Minute, The Bold and the Beautiful, Let’s Make a Deal and The Young and the Restless

Friday, Nov. 28
12 p.m. – Half-hour WRAL Noon News
12:30 p.m. – The Young and the Restless
1:30 p.m. – CBS Sports Spectacular
2:30 p.m. – SEC Football: Arkansas @ Missouri
9 p.m. – Frosty the Snowman
9:30 p.m. – Yes, Virginia
*Shows preempted due to football: Right this Minute, The Bold and the Beautiful, Let’s Make a Deal, WRAL News at 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 29
12 p.m. – ACC Football: NC State @ Carolina
3:30 p.m. – SEC Football: Mississippi State @ Ole Miss
8 p.m. – Flight Before Christmas
9 p.m. – The Story of Santa Claus

Sunday, Nov. 30
1 p.m. – NFL Football: San Diego @ Baltimore
4:30 p.m. – NFL Football: New England @ Green Bay

Monday, Dec. 1
5 p.m. – WRAL-TV Tower Lighting
