Southern Pines, N.C. — Southern Pines police on Friday announced that they had made an arrest in a deadly shooting from almost three years ago.
David Rashawn Shaw, 28, was found shot to death June 26, 2012, at the Brookside Park Apartments.
On Friday, police charged Antonio Jamal Brown, 30, of Raeford, with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, discharge of firearm within city limits and second-degree trespassing. He was being held without bond at the Moore County Detention Center.
