My heartfelt support goes out to this dear family. My brother just recently arrived home from there...I know the anxiety the whole family feels every single day. Try to think of the good times, and the best of him, and the good he has done. God bless each of you.

War is a racket, and folks are profitting from it.
It is so sad that so many Americans worship the flag instead of the Creator.

Another soldier dies for a mistake. We all know that when we leave Afghanistan, we will have wasted the blood and treasure of so many Americans for NOTHING because the Taliban will be back in control in a heartbeat.

    RIP Brave Soldier...!

OT> If we fully leave it would be the greatest massacre yet between various war lords, talis, terrorist, and powerless nationals.

Bella, as a wife of a Veteran, I know exactly what you mean. I get tired of seeing our soldiers deployed around the world and treated the way that they are. Hang in there. Our Soldiers are the best and the bravest in the world.

I love our soliders, but I'm ready for them to be home.

Should of pulled the troops out this year. When in 2014 things will be the same and it'll be just like what is going on in Irag now that our troops are no longer there. All that is going on is money for the those who are making money by keeping the war going.

Computer Trainer - your guess is as good as mine.

Although 'Disable Veteran' posted a reply...hubby is actually nowhere near the Congo. He's a weapons specialist and often says that work is "slow." He says that of all deployments, this one makes the least amount of sense to him. I know we have to support our troops, but I just think that sometimes, the U.S. should mind it's business. I dont understand all of it, and perhaps that's a bit of ignorance on my part.
