Jean Metzger Hubbard, 66, was choked and then suffocated after plastic bags were secured around her head, according to the report.
Hubbard's brother, Gary Metzger, 54, and his wife, Ann Metzger, 34, both of 146 Country View Drive in Goldsboro, are charged in her murder.
