The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday for a Zebulon man who is believed to have some degree of cognitive impairment.

<b>WAKE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday for a Zebulon man who is believed to have some degree of cognitive impairment.

Robert Fulton Mattison, 74, is a white man listed at 6-foot-3 and weighs 250 pounds. He was last seen at 512 Stratford Drive in Zebulon.

Authorities said Mattison could be seen driving a red or maroon Plymouth Voyager.

Anyone with information about Mattison’s whereabouts is asked to call the Zebulon Police Department at 919-829-1911.
