WARSAW, N.C. — A Silver Alert was issued Saturday for 45-year-old Darlene Wilson, of Warsaw.

Wilson, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, is described as a black woman, 5-foot-8 and about 200 pounds. She has medium-length black hair and black eyes.
