<b>FOREST CITY, N.C.</b> — Authorities issued a Silver Alert Tuesday for a missing Forest City woman.

Nancy Moore Robbins, 77, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.<br />

She was last seen at 156 Sulpher Springs Church Road in Forest City. She is believed to be driving a White 1998 Ford Crown Victoria with North Carolina License Plate YRJ-9503.

Robbins is 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information should call Det. Phillip Bailey at the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office at 828-286-2911.
