Raleigh, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Thursday for a missing Raleigh woman.
Carmen Veronica Mouzon, 63, is black, stands 5 feet 5 inches, weighs 140 pounds and has short brown hair and brown eyes. She also wears glasses, authorities said.
Mouzon was last seen at an apartment building at 509 Glenwood Ave., authorities said.
Anyone with information about Mouzon should call the Raleigh Police Department at 919-996-3855.
