Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police were searching Monday for 17-year-old Monica Monique Elliott, who is believed to be cognitively impaired.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Elliott, who was last seen at 1308 S. Bloodworth St., around 11 p.m.
Elliott is black, with medium-length black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing rust-colored jeans and gray sneakers with purple laces.
Anyone with information on Elliott's whereabouts is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department at 919-829-1911.
