Silver Alert issued for Raleigh man

Gerald Lee Mitchell Jr., 57, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

He is described as a white man, 5-foot-9 and 130 pounds. He has medium-length brown hair and blue eyes.

Mitchell was last seen wearing a black hat, black puffy coat, blue jeans and brown suede boots with fur.
