<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 48-year-old Durham man.

Tony Ray Gunter is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 260 pounds with shoulder length gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen at 2801 E. Shoreham St. wearing blue denim pants, a white tank top, tennis shoes and a black baseball cap. Investigators believe he may be headed towards Moreene West Apartments in Durham.

Anyone with information regarding Gunter's whereabouts is asked to contact Durham police at (919) 560-3327.
