Silver Alert issued for man missing from Louisburg rest home

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Monday for Tommy L. Thompson, 52, of Louisburg.

Thompson was reported missing from Louisburg Gardens Rest Home. He was last seen on North Main Street near Louisburg College.

Thompson is black, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black hooded jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
