The TikTok legislation was included as part of a larger $95 billion package providing foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel and was passed 79-18. It now goes to President Joe Biden, who has backed the TikTok proposal and has said he will sign the package as soon as he gets it.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Fayetteville police have issued a Silver Alert for 57-year-old Warren Anthony Bonner, who was reported missing on September 2.

Bonner was last seen on August 28, 2017 by his family at his home at the 6000 block of Harmon Place.

He has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.

Bonner is described as a black male, standing 6 feet, and weighing 165 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a Green Bay Packers and Khaki shorts.

If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Warren Anthony Bonner, they are asked to immediately call 911 or contact detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
