The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, 26-year-old Cassandra Dela Cruz.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, 62-year-old Ricky Loyd Shavers.

Shavers is described as a white man who stands at 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen near Buchahan Road in Lillington wearing a blue short sleeved button up shirt, khakis and black shoes.
