Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police have canceled their search for a missing 17-year-old who is believed to be cognitively impaired.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Monica Monique Elliott, who was last seen at 1308 S. Bloodworth St., on Monday night.
The alert was canceled around 7:40 p.m. Wednesday.
It wasn't clear how Elliott was found.
