William Ray Edwards, 75, was believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

<b>HILLSBOROUGH, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons on Thursday canceled a Silver Alert for a missing Orange County man.

There was no word on where Edwards was found. He had been seen last at 1131 Palmers Grove Church Road in Hillsborough.
