Silver Alert canceled for missing 21-year-old woman

The Wake County Sheriff's Office was searching early Monday for a 21-year-old woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

WAKE FOREST, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons canceled the Silver Alert issued Monday morning for a missing 21-year-old woman.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office was searching early Monday for Abigail Maryanna Killion, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Officials have not said why the Silver Alert was canceled.

Killion was reported missing from 7012 Moresham Way around 1:30 a.m. It wasn't clear where she was headed.

Authorities said Killion is white, stands about 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has medium-length brown hair and brown eyes. When she went missing, Moore was wearing a black top with black yoga pants and purple shoes.
