Silver Alert canceled for missing 21-year-old Orange County woman

Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Saturday for an Orange County woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

CEDAR GROVE, N.C.UPDATE 9:30 a.m.:  Police on Saturday canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 21-year-old Orange County woman.

The Silver Alert for Brenna Lynn Thomas was issued early Saturday morning, and it was canceled around 9:15 a.m.

Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Saturday for an Orange County woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Brenna Lynn Thomas, 21, is missing and endangered.

Thomas is described as a white female who is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weights 190 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen at 5501 Old Noble Road, Cedar Grove, and she was wearing a white breast cancer T-shirt, a blue and green plaid flannel shirt, thin gray sweat pants and blue and green tennis shoes.

Authorities said she might be in a dark colored van.
