Someone needs to tell him that he no longer have a say. The people of the courts once he gets there will decide his fate called a jury.

No! No! He should remain in jail until his court date. Turning him lose would be a big mistake. Also he could do this to another child and no one would want that. Keep this child abuser/murderer locked up and off the streets.

wow i cant believe he even has the audacity to ask to be released. After the uncivilized way he murdered a five year old baby. Really! and even his picture has this smurk about it. Not to mention I dont agree with the fact the mother is free and walking around. You got to be kidding me.

She needs to be locked away with him! I hold her jus as responsible as him! I try to avoid this story bc this REALLY get's me mad. I have a daughther & I know what I would have have done! Forget a judge or juror bc I'd save the taxpayers a lot of money! 518/1415

I think this man SHOULD be released. THEN, let whoever gets hold of him, have a free for all; do whatever they like, as long as they like. Then, give another good citizen an opportunity. Keep on keepin' on! LOL!

I wonder if Shaniya's family is aware of this. Antoinette is walking free and no harm has come her way, which amazes me. Once he is convicted he'll be put in the general population and so will the "mom". Be patient everyone they will get theirs. Just keep praying for Shaniya's justice.

He needs to just shut up and stay in Central Prison without a trial. Should just hang him like China better yet send him to Iraq and put him on the front line. That poor baby didn't have a chance I life why should he...

Release him??? WHY on earth would we want to do that? He's off the streets and in my mind exactly where he needs to be!!

This is no doubt a horrible and cruel crime and me being a mother of three small children in my personal opinion believe that child molesters and killers should have the harshes sentences because these babies are innocent and these animals prey on them. However for certain groups you are guilty until proven innocent which is a travesty of justice the state needs to get it together do their job and prove he is a murder and a rapist and we can rest easier knowing The system is working the way it was created to work

It still sickens me to see their faces. She is just as guilty of murder. I couldnt imaging sending my precious innocent 5 yr old daughter with a man for sex. SO SICK!
