The reimbursement and customer service is awful for inclusive health. I am still waiting for rx prescription reimbursements for Dec 2009-present. Crazy. Never a reason for the delay. And I get delays like "prove to us that you have no other insurance." I have to do that every 6 months. It delays payments and stresses those of us who are on the insurance for a reason - we have a pre-existing condition. The group routinely ignores and harasses.

I am grateful to have this option. My husband is laid off and I am uninsurable without group coverage. If I were laid off prior to this legislation, I could not have gotten coverage at any price. Now at least I have an option should the worst happen.
